Background Information:
In July, 2009 Rabbis Brian Walt and Brant Rosen created Ta'anit Tzedek, Jewish Fast For Gaza to end the silence, especially in the Jewish community, about the grave humanitarian consequences that were occurring because of the blockade that israel has imposed on the Gaza strip since 2006.
